DH is being tested at the moment for food allergies, and is on a strict glutten and lactose free diet for the next month.
I would be interested in hearing if anyone has some good tips or recipes? |

I hope all works out well for your DH.
I love the taste.com.au website, they have so many yummy things. You can search specifically for gluten free / lactose free - hope this helps. _________________

The "Four Ingredients" writers now have a gluten-free book out. there are more & more books for gluten-free however, not all recipes are gluten & lactose free.
Depending on which 'milk' he is using, if he has gone to soy, just be aware that not all soy milks are gluten-free. |
